Here are some septic system...DO'S AND DON'TS

Do know where your septic tank is located.
Do have your septic pumped on a regular basis,
        every 2 or 3 years.
Do check leach field for soggy areas or
        disagreeable odors, which indicate system failure.
Do keep a record of last pumping date and the
       condition of your system.		 Don't flush grease or toxic materials into your system.
Don't park vehicles or other materials on your leach
             field or septic system.
Don't use colored toilet tissue.
Don't add enzymes or commercial additives to your
               system.
